Patient complained loss of the composite filling on the right central incisor. Patient
referred he had a trauma and two previous attempts of restoring the fractured teeth with
composite failed.
After completing an accurate esthetic analysis, Dr Deliperi proposed to replace both fillings
in an attempt to close the diastema and give dominance back to the central incisors.

Final result following accurate placement of two resin-based composite fillings. The
initial goals were achieved as well as perfect integration of the two central incisor with the
adjacent teeth.

and 4 allow to better see the reproduction of the optical characteristic (incisal
translucency) and tooth anatomy (mamelons).
