    Before
Young lady smile compromised by a yellow filling on the right central incisor and a PFM crown on the left central incisor. The gingiva has an unhealthy grey-red appearance. The grey color comes from the PFM metal collar; conversely, the red color comes from the over-contoured PFM crown causing chronic gingiva inflammation.

    After
The existing filling was replaced with a new tooth-colored filling; the PFM crown was replaced with a full-ceramic crown. The two central incisors look really natural; the gum is pink and healthy with no metal showing through.

    Before
PFM crowns with a marginal metal collar. Gingival recession has occurred over the years; both the metal collar and the tooth root are displayed.

    After
Existing PFM crowns were replaced by two all-ceramic crowns. The new crowns gave back a natural appearance to the teeth; exposed root surface was covered with no metal showing through the gingiva.

    Before
Unpleasant smile due to narrow long central and lateral incisors and diastema between the four anterior teeth; a different gingival height between the two lateral incisors.

    After
Dr Deliperi cemented four all-ceramic crowns and the smile was deeply improved. Dominance of the two central incisors was achieved as well as harmony of shape and color of both lateral and central incisors.
