Before
Young lady smile and close-up view of her upper incisors. Bruxism was responsible for tooth wear; canines are longer than incisors and central incisors are as long as lateral incisors. Finally, an increased space between anterior teeth and lower lip line is noticeable; this smile appearance is characteristic of older people.
After
Once bruxism was treated, six porcelain veneers were bonded from right canine to left canine. A correct form and proportion of incisor and canine teeth was re-established; the teeth also look brighter. The new smile helped to achieve a more juvenile and appealing smile.
