Before This child presented to the dental office with his parents because he had just fractured his central incisors. Parents were able to find just the fragment of one tooth. Pre-op picture shows the two fractured teeth; the fracture line of the right central incisor involved the dental pulp. |

| After Dr Deliperi gave back the original patient smile. The fragment of the right central incisor was cemented using a tooth-colored luting agent; the left central incisor was reconstructed using a tooth-colored resin composite filling. It was achieved a complete integration of the tooth-colored fillings with the surrounding tooth structure with no visible cavosurface margins. The young patient can show-up his smile again for the happiness of his parents! |

Fig 1 Patient presented with existing large composite resin fillings on the upper incisors and some tooth fracture. Fig 2 Dr Deliperi replaced the existing restorations with new white fillings; the shape of the four incisors was also improved. Although teeth were structurally compromised, teeth prep for dental crowns was avoided. The cavosurface margins are invisible! |

| Fig 3,4 Dr. Deliperi completed a mock-up on the patient mouth first. Once her consent was secured, Dr Deliperi perfomed two resin-bonded composite veneers in the same appointment! Dominance of the two central incisors, correct inclination of tooth axis and a more feminine shape was achieved; diastema closure was also performed. The patient can proudly show her new smile! |
