Root fracture of the left lateral incisor; tooth cannot be saved. Root was extracted and an immediate implant placement was performed to replace the existing root.

After 4 months, a zirconia abutment (left) and a zirconia crown (right) were fabricated.

Final result following abutment connection to the implant and cementation of the zirconia crown. The implant-supported restoration integrates very well with both adjacent teeth and gingival tissues. The implant prosthetic therapy allowed to achieve esthetic and function without involving the adjacent teeth in the restorative therapy.
