Dr Deliperi removed both the existing fillings and the dental caries. Dr Deliperi performed three invisible tooth-colored fillings on both molar and premolar teeth. Tooth sensibility to cold disappeared.

Before
Patient presented to the dental office with pain on the first lower molar; the clinical and radiographic evaluation showed a dental caries both underneath the existing amalgam filling and between first molar and second premolar.

After
Dr Deliperi removed the dental caries and completed a tooth-colored filling. A difference between the tooth structure and the restorative material can not be appreciated; the filled tooth is perfectly integrated with the contiguous teeth.

Dr Deliperi removed both the existing fillings and the dental caries. Cavosurface margins are not noticeable; Dr Deliperi performed four invisible tooth-colored fillings on both molar and premolar teeth.

After
Dr Deliperi removed the dental caries underneath the existing fillings and completed four tooth-colored fillings. A perfect aesthetic and anatomical integration was achieved; the remaining sound tooth structure was reinforced by placing composite fillings. The final result was achieved with no sacrifice of sound tooth structure.

Once the existing restorations and decay were removed, Dr Deliperi performed three composite resin restoration to achieve the correct tooth anatomy and aesthetics. No symptoms were referred after the one-week check-up.
