Once orthodontic treatment was completed, porcelain veneers were placed on the six anterior teeth. The shape of the canines was transformed into the shape of lateral incisors; the shape of the first premolar teeth was modified to make them the canine teeth.

Patient refused any gingival plastic surgery on the right side of her mouth.

lateral views allow to better appreciate the correct proportion achieved between the central incisors, the lateral incisors and the canines. Gingiva is healthy; a perfect shade integration was achieved between the porcelain veneers and the natural teeth.

Patient rejected the implant insertion on the area of the left upper premolar; an overlay composite restoration was cemented on the deciduous tooth.
