Patient suffers from multiple caries and crown fracture of the first upper molar tooth

Both endodontic and gingival plastic surgery treatments were required before starting the restorative procedure. Tooth is structurally compromised; Dr Deliperi’s goal is the preservation of sound tooth structure to avoid placement of a dental crown

Once both endodontic and gingival plastic surgery treatments were completed, it was possible to insert the matrices to build-up the proximal surfaces. Tooth will be restored in a single appointment.

Final result after completing a fiber-reinforced stress-reduced restoration according to Dr Deliperi’s protocol. Two stress-reduced restorations were also completed on the premolar teeth.
